From March 4 the New York gallery Gladstone 64 presents an exhibition dedicated to Mimmo Rotella’s early works realized from 1953 to 1962. The selected works are some of the first examples of décollage and retro d’affiche, techniques invented by the artist that soon marked his research, in a continue dialogue with the languages of the mass media and advertising posters.
